Beth earned her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, but really honed her counseling skills in the three-year post-graduate program at the Gestalt Training Institute of Philadelphia. She is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher and CE provider, certified Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher, Jivamukti Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master-Teacher.
